Every of God's Children ought to hear the Father's Voice because Jesus said "my sheep hear my voice" John 10. But your ability to hear God is dependent on the level of the word of God in your Spirit because God relates with you based on your faith, the Just shall Live by His faith, without faith it is impossible to please God. The word of God produces faith in your spirit, because faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God. For you to hear the Father's voice more, clearer and better, the word of God has to dwell in you so richly.
